Director, Interest Rate Derivative Sales

Derivative Logic seeks a U.S. based Director to join our Interest Rate Derivative Sales Team. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of client facing experience. This position requires excellent communication and presentation skills via face to face, telephone, and email interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients and must possess strong sales process execution skills. Excellent follow-through and a strong customer service skill set are essential.
The Director, Interest Rate Derivative Sales, ensures their work remains in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines as detailed in company policies; policies include but are not limited to KYC, BSA, NFA, and other applicable regulations. Derivative Logic will support and sponsor candidate licensing procedures as necessary.

What you will be doing as Director, Interest Rate Derivative Sales:

  • Drive revenue through high quality client servicing, prospecting, and strong sales execution.
  • Utilize the consultative sales model to understand the strategic objectives of customers and to understand the financial impact of hedging solutions on the client’s business.
  • Establish strong external partnerships with centers of influence through regular contact via educational seminars and interest rate derivative product presentations to build collaborative customer focused relationships.
  • Bring new prospects to the organization through the candidate’s own resources.
  • Maintain regular sales activity as outlined on the position’s scorecard.
  • Create and maintain client records, including but not limited to, customer profile set-ups, interest rate derivative credit facilities and proposal documentation.

Director, FX Sales

Derivative Logic seeks a U.S. based Director to join our Foreign Exchange Sales Team. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of client facing experience. The position requires excellent communication and presentation skills via face to face, telephone, and email interactions. The candidate will be responsible for servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients and possess strong sales process execution skills. Excellent follow through and a strong customer service skill set are essential.

The Director of FX Sales ensures that their work remains in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines as detailed in Company policies. Policies include but are not limited to KYC, BSA, and other applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

What you will be doing as Director, FX Sales:

  • Drive revenue through high quality client servicing, prospecting and strong sales execution.
  • Uncover client needs beyond everyday spot/forward to be able to deliver a full solution.
  • Utilize the consultative sales model to understand the strategic objectives of customers and to understand the financial impact of products to the client.
  • Establish strong external partnerships with centers of influence through regular contact via educational seminars and foreign exchange product presentations to build collaborative customer focused relationships.
  • Bring new prospects to the organization through the candidate’s own resources.
  • Maintain regular sales activity as outlined on the position’s scorecard.
  • Create and maintain client records including but not limited to customer profile set-ups, foreign exchange credit facility and exception documentation.
